It is worth remembering

You can make iced tea not only from black tea. White, green or fruit teas (e.g. raspberry, hibiscus) or herbal teas (mint, chamomile, lemon balm) are also suitable.

A good addition to the tea are also natural juices, e.g. raspberry, lemon. You can also add your favorite fruits – not only citruses, but also strawberries, peach, apricot or nectarine particles and vegetables – especially cucumber slices.

The taste of tea will also add herbs. Not only mint, but also lemon balm, basil, sage or rosemary will work.

Recipe:

To make iced tea, it is better to use a little lower quality black tea, because it has a stronger taste. We brew tea, giving 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of water and leaving for 3 minutes until it brews (if we pour boiling water) or pouring twice as much tea as usual and pouring it with mineral water (without boiling it) – then brew the tea with cold water we need about 6 hours.

In both cases, we put tea in the fridge. Even if we leave the brewing for longer, nothing will happen because we will sweeten the tea. Then add orange or lemon syrup, throw ice cubes and slices of lemon or orange. Finished!
